Scott Parnell is a privately-owned civil engineering and groundworks merchant with over 15 years experience and branches in London, Milton Keynes, Leeds, South Wales and Witham.

Scott Parnell engaged Net Zero Group in 2022 to undertake a baseline carbon footprint and the partnership developed to a progressive strategic relationship whereby Net Zero Group have undertaken Scope 3 reporting, reduction analysis and currently developing the clients Net Zero strategy as the retained sustainability expert.
