Case Study: MCC Lords

The MCC with a dedicated full-time sustainability lead, collaborated with Net Zero Group to enhance their sustainability efforts. By utilising NZG’s NetScope software the MCC had access to enhanced carbon reporting and bespoke carbon analysis, gaining valuable insights into their emissions.

They leveraged additional consulting days to implement carbon reduction scenario planning and within a few months NZG had co-written the Journey to Net Zero report with the MCC.

MCC also utilised the ‘Fan footprint calculator’, enabling fans to understand and measure their current footprint and reduce their own emissions by making pledges to cut their emissions going forward.

The MCC with our help continue to demonstrate a significant commitment to sustainability and is exceeding carbon reporting ambitions in 2024.

Company Background

Overfinch, a leader in bespoke Range Rover vehicles since 1975, focuses on luxury and customisation, exclusively for Land Rover models.

Summary

Overfinch embarked on a sustainability journey by adopting the NetZero Plus Partner to establish a carbon reporting system. With no prior carbon reporting experience, they successfully measured Scope 1 and 2 emissions (Fleet and Properties) and partial Scope 3 emissions (Business Travel and Employee Commuting) with the support of Net Zero Group (NZG).
